During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Time

Domestic orders: Usually delivered within 4–5 business days after dispatch.
International orders: Delivery may take up to 10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Important Note on Timelines

Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time. While Rebel Rishi aims to process orders promptly, processing times may vary, especially during high-volume periods. Rebel Rishi is not liable for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, such as:

Courier backlogs
Weather conditions
Customs inspections
Public holidays

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination
Weight and dimensions of the order

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders:

All duties, taxes, and customs charges are to be borne by the customer.
These are levied by the destination country and must be paid for the parcel to be released from customs.

Rebel Rishi cannot estimate or be held responsible for these charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can use this link to monitor your shipment status.
In case of delays or issues, you may contact the courier partner directly using the tracking details provided.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services like DHL and others for both domestic and international orders.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Failed Deliveries

We will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Three failed delivery attempts
Refusal to accept the package

Shipping charges will not be refunded in such cases.
