Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Siddhihasta Trading Private Limited, we take great care in delivering handcrafted products of the highest quality. Please review the following policy carefully before making a return or exchange request.

Important Note on Handmade Products
Most of our products are handcrafted. As such, slight irregularities in prints, weaves, or dye are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each item. Rebel Rishi is not responsible for slight variations in prints, weaves, or color fastness, which are inherent characteristics of handcrafted goods. Such variations do not constitute defects. Rebel Rishi's return policy applies only to products with significant defects as determined by Rebel Rishi. Similarly, we do not guarantee 100% color fastness, especially for fabrics dyed with natural colors like indigo. Customers are advised to follow our wash and care instructions. Damage caused due to negligence in handling or washing will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Valid Return Scenarios
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong product (wrong size/color)
- You received a product with a significant defect, as determined by Rebel Rishi's quality control team
Note: Slight color differences due to screen/display variations are not considered defects.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Provide your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return via the return portal on our website.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our quality control team.
- Send the item back within 10 business days in unused condition, with:
- Original tags
- Packaging
- Invoice
International customers must bear return shipping charges both ways. All return parcels must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Damaged goods will not be accepted or refunded.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange for another item:
- Complete the return process as above.
- Once accepted, you'll receive a store credit code valid for 90 days.
- You can use this credit to place a new order for your preferred item.
Note: One exchange per purchase is permitted.
Refunds
As a policy, refunds are not issued for items delivered in perfect condition, matching your order. If a return is accepted due to a defect or wrong item, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit only, excluding shipping costs.
Refund Timeline for Store Credit: Refund/store credit issuance will be sent via email after the quality check, typically within 7 business days. For card transactions, it may take one billing cycle for the reflection in your account (where applicable).
Exceptions
We cannot offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Three failed delivery attempts and/or refusal to accept the package
- Products bought on discount or during a sale event
- Items bought online cannot be exchanged/returned at retail stores and vice versa
Processing Time
- Return/exchange processing: Up to 10 business days
- Refund/store credit issuance: Sent via email after quality check
